Crl.O.P(MD).No.20679 of 2025 R.VIJAYAKUMAR, J.

By an order, dated 06.02.2026, this Court directed the petitioner to pay a cost of Rs.3,000/- on or before 18.03.2026.

However, the payment has been made only on 20.03.2026 due to inadvertence and a memo has been filed.

2. In view of the aforesaid belated compliance, the petitioner requested this Court to treat it as compliance.

3. Considering the compliance of payment of cost, this Court records the above said payment of cost as compliance. The receipt of payment is produced before this Court. Hence, compliance is recorded.
