ORDER

The petitioner seeks for quashing of the FIR in Crime No.280 of 2018 on the file of the first respondent police.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police, on instructions, would submit that the investigation is now completed and a final report has been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Kumbakonam. Hence, nothing survives for further adjudication.
