ORDER

This writ petition is filed seeking a writ of Mandamus to direct the 2nd respondent to provide adequate police protection to the petitioner, for attending the enquiry in the 2nd respondent police station.

2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing appearing for the petitioner submits that nothing survives for further adjudication in this matter and also seeks liberty to approach the authority concerned as and when required.

3.Granting such liberty, this writ petition is closed. No costs.
