ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed seeking Writ of Mandamus to driect the respondents to provide employment for the petitioner on compassionate ground and release all the monetary benefit of the petitioner's father Late.K.Pitchaikumar, on the basis of the petitioner representation dated 23.10.2025.

2. Heard the submission of both sides counsel and perused the materials available on record.

3. Eventhough the petitioner has sought for a positive direction to provide job on compassionate appointment, since he has also made a representation to the respondents on 23.10.2025, without entering upon the merits of the claim made by the petitioner, there shall be a direction to the first respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 23.10.2025 on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 2/4

4. With the above direction, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No order as to costs.
