ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The present cancellation bail application is filed by the defacto complainant alleging that the accused have cheated them. Therefore, without any deposit bail cannot be granted.

2. However, this Court has already considered the bail grounds and granted bail. Further, merely because deposit was not pre-conditioned, bail cannot be cancelled. Therefore, the ground raised by the petitioner cannot be entertained. At this juncture, The learned counsel for the defacto complainant prayed to direct the trial Court to complete the trial at the earliest prescribing time.

3.Hence, the trial Court is advised to complete the trial at the earliest.

4. With this direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed.
