ORDER
This writ petition has been filed seeking for a Mandamus to direct the first respondent herein to consider the application of the petitioner in Na.Ka.No.2868/2024/B4 dated 16.07.2024 under the Maintenance and Welfare of Senior Citizen Act, 2007, and to dispose the same as the time limit fixed by this Court.
2. Heard the argument of the petitioner and Mrs.D.Farjana Ghoushia, learned Special Government Pleader, who takes notice for the first respondent. Since no adverse order is going to be passed against the private respondents, notice to them is dispensed with.
3. By consent, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.
4. Considering the limited prayer sought for in this writ petition, this Court, without going into the merits of the matter, directs the first respondent to consider the petitioner's application in Na.Ka.No.2868/2024/B4 dated 16.07.2024 under the Maintenance and Welfare of Senior Citizen Act, 2007, and pass orders, within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
