ORDER : The Court made the following order :- This petition has been filed to modify the condition in para No.(b) imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P. (MD).No.19455 of 2025 dt. 05.11.2025.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondent police.

3. Taking into consideration the submissions made, para No.6,condition No.(b) of the order dated 05.11.2025 is modified to the effect that "(b)the petitioner shall do social service in the Rajaji Government Hospital, Madurai, for a period of four weeks and thereafter report before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.III, Tirunelveli, daily at 10.30 a.m., for a period of two weeks and thereafter as and when required for interrogation." Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered. The other portions of the order remains unaltered.
