ORDER : The Court made the following order :- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.17711 of 2025 dated 14.10.2025.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions regularly imposed by this Court and he prays for relaxation of the said condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions regularly and charge sheet has been filed.

4. Taking into consideration the fact that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly, the condition imposed by this Court is relaxed and modified that the petitioner shall report before trial Court once in a month, ie, 1st working day of every English Calendar month at 10.30 a.m, and for all hearing dates. Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
