ORDER

This Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to condone the delay of 50 days in preferring the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal in C.M.A. (MD)SR No.66000 of 2025 before this Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the 1st respondent, and perused the affidavit filed in support of this petition.

3. The petitioner has given up the present appeal as against the 2nd respondent and has also made an endorsement in the bundle to that effect. Hence, notice to the 2nd respondent is dispensed with.

4. The learned counsel for the 1st respondent has not raised any objection to allow this petition.

5. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit, this Civil Miscellaneous Petition is allowed.
