The writ petition has been filed for writ of mandamus directing the respondents to include the petitioner's name in the list of candidates for the elections to the Board of Directors in A 425 Kamayagoundampatty Primary Agricultural Co-operative Bank Ltd., scheduled to be held on 27.04.2013.
