Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that the allegation against the petitioners is that they had purchased several SIM cards and mobile phones, and had also opened bank accounts, and were on the verge of cheating others.

2. In view of the aforesaid submission, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.
