ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents 1 to 3 herein not to interfere with the civil dispute between the petitioner and the respondents 4 to 6 by considering the petitioner's representation/complaint, dated 10.11.2025.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, would submit that an enquiry was conducted earlier on the complaint given by the respondents 4 to 6 and the same was closed as it discloses only a civil dispute.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner however would state that the second respondent is still interfering in the dispute. 2/4

4. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions would further submit that the respondents 1 to 3 would not interfere in any civil dispute between the petitioner and the private respondents.

5. Recording the aforesaid submission, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
