ORDER

The writ petition has been filed for writ of mandamus directing the respondents to include the petitioner's name in the list of candidates for the elections to the Board of Directors in DD 127 Gudalore Farmers Service Co-operative Society, scheduled to be held on 27.04.2013.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Government Advocate on instructions submitted that the matter has become infructuous and nothing survives in the writ petition.

3.In view of the said submission, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
