ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed seeking Writ of Mandamus, directing the first respondent to consider petitioner's Appeal dated 11.06.2025 submitted to first respondent by way of registered post as against the action of the third respondent in treating the period of Medical Leave availed by him from 04.05.2018 to 07.06.2018 as absence from duty and recovering salary for the said period from him by the third respondent.

The learned cousnel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has submitted an appeal dated 11.06.2025 to the first respondent as against the action of the third respondent in treating the period of Medical Leve availed by the petitioner from 04.05.2018 to 07.06.2018 as absence from duty and recovering salary for the said 2/5

period. The petitioner's appeal has not been considered so far. Hence, the present writ petition has been filed before this Court.

3. Considering the above submission, there shall be direction to the first respondent to dispose of the appeal dated 11.06.2025 filed by the petitioner on merits and in accordance with law within a period of Eight

(8) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No Costs.
