ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents to take appropriate action on the petitioner's complaints, dated 11.11.2025 and 12.11.2025.

2. Admittedly, the petitioners are the accused in Crime No.174 of 2025. The grievance of the petitioners is that the complaint against them is false.

3. It is needless to say that if the respondents find, during the course of investigation, that the complaint as against the petitioners is false, they would drop the further proceedings as against them. However, the respondents cannot be directed to consider the representation of the petitioners in a particular manner.

4. With the above observations, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
