O R D E R

The grievances of the Writ Petitioner is that the pay as applicable as per the Government Orders and Pay Rules has not been disbursed to the Writ Petitioner.

2.The learned counsel for the Writ Petitioner states that scale of pay as applicable to the Writ Petitioner has not been disbursed to him till date. In this regard, the Petitioner has submitted a representation ot the third respondent on 20.12.2011 and the same is not yet considered.

the Petitioner on 20.12.2011 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The Writ Petitioner is directed to enclose a copy of the representation and the documents, if any, along with a copy of this order to the third respondent, for further action.

4.Accordingly, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. However, there shall be no order as to costs.
