This writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the 3rd respondent to issue patta to petitioner House plot is situated in Natham survey no 860/19, (960 sq feet), at Narasingapuram, A.vellodu Village, Dindigul East Taluk, Dindigul district by way of consider petitioner's representation dated 17.10.2025.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents. By consent of both sides, the writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself.
3. The petitioner submitted a representation to the 3rd respondent on 17.10.2025 for issuance of patta for the petitioner's property. However, no action has been taken on the said petition. Hence, the present writ petition has been filed.
4. Learned Special Government Pleader, appearing for the respondents, submits that the petitioner's representation would be 2/5
considered on merits and in accordance with law.

In view of the above submissions, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the 3rd respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 17.10.2025, after issuing notice to all the parties, and pass appropriate orders, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Needless to say, if any rival claims, the same shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the civil Court. There shall be no order as to costs.
