Heard both sides.

2.The petitioner is said to be looking after the temple in his capacity as poojari. He is said to be facing trouble at the hands of one Bharathiraja of the same village. Hence this writ petition has been filed seeking the intervention of the HR&CE Department. The petitioner states that if the HR&CE Department extends their assistance, a pucca temple can be put up. These are not matters in which the writ Court can 2/4

issue directions. The petitioner has not cited any legal provision in support of his stand. I therefore decline to grant any relief. 3.This Writ Petition stands dismissed.
