This Petition is filed to condone the delay of 715 days in preferring the appeal again the conviction and sentence recorded in S.C.No.19 of 2022 by judgement dated 29.09.2023 by the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Pudukottai. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials placed before this Court.

3.For the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit filed in support of this Petition and on being satisfied with the same, this Petition is ordered and the delay is condoned. 4.Registry is directed to number the Criminal Appeal, if it is otherwise in order and list it for admission in the usual Course.
