The petitioner has come up with this writ petition to direct the third respondent to register the petitioner's document on the basis of representation given by the petitioner on 10.04.2013.

2. The writ petition was listed on various dates, there was no representation for the petitioner on 20.02.2015, 07.04.2015 and 17.04.2015. Today also there is no representation for the petitiner.

3.From the affidavit, it is seen that the petitioner has not furnished any particulars as to the date of sale deed and date of presentation of the sale deed to the third respondent for registration. The petitioner has approached this Court without furnishing any details. The above prayer is not maintainable and hence, this petition is dismissed. No costs.
