Heard the learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner and the learned Government Advocates appearing for the official respondents.
2. Issuance of notice to the private respondents is dispensed with.
3. The petitioner challenges the approval granted by the second respondent in favour of the ninth respondent. The impugned order is appealable before RERA. However, the allegation of the writ petitioner is that the ninth respondent had blocked the water courses.

4. The learned Government Advocate appearing for the official respondents states that the Tahsildar, Thanjavur proposes to conduct survey on 28.11.2025 in this regard. Based on the survey results, appropriate action will have to be taken to remove the encroachments.
