ORDER

The present writ petition has been filed seeking a mandamus as against the 1st respondent to re-issue passport, based upon the petitioner's application dated 22.09.2025.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the 2nd respondent brought to the notice of the Court that the following criminal cases are pending as against the writ petitioner:- Sl.No Station and Cr.No.

3. A perusal of the above tabular column would clearly reveal that the petitioner has been charge sheeted in three cases and they have been taken on file. In two cases, charge sheets have been laid and they are yet to be taken on file. In one of the case, investigation is pending.

In view of the above said facts, the petitioner is directed to approach the concerned trial Court in all cases where charge sheet has been laid (even if they have not been taken on file) and get the prior permission of the Court to go abroad. Depending upon the orders to be passed by the concerned Trial Court, the 1st respondent is directed to proceed in accordance with law.

5. With the above observations, the writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
