Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to sanction pension under the State Government Freedom Fighters Pension Scheme with effect from the date of the petitioner's application i.e., 29.01.2013 within a stipulated time as may be fixed by this Court.

ORDER

This writ petition is filed seeking a writ of Mandamus to direct the respondents to sanction pension under the State Government Freedom Fighters Pension Scheme with effect from the date of the petitioner's application i.e., 29.01.2013 within a stipulated time as may be fixed by this Court.

2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is reported dead, who is having no legal heirs. 3.Recording the same, this writ petition is closed.
