This Writ Petition has been filed, seeking a direction to the respondents 1 to 3 to issue a patta in Old S.No.689/1A and New S.No.1613/1 and another one S.No.684 in W.Pudhupatti, Srivilliputhur Taluk, Virudhunagar Distrct in favour of the petitioner based on his representation dated 12.04.2013 with consequential direction to the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

respondents 4 to 5 not to interfere with the petitioner's peaceful enjoyment in the suit property.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing on 24.11.2017, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner and the matter was directed to be listed on 30.11.2017 (today) under the caption "For Dismissal".
