ORDER

This Petition is filed to modify the condition in Crl.M.P. No. 171 of 2025 dt. 15.05.2025 and set aside the dismissal order in Crl.M.P. No. 329 of 2025 on the file of the learned Special Court for POCSO Act Cases, Kanyakumari at Nagercoil.

2. By order dated 24.11.2025, this Court directed the petitioner to produce surety and the matter was posted for reporting compliance.

3. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (crl. Side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that surety has been produced. The same is recorded.

4. The petitioner shall produce the surety before the concerned Court. On such submission, the said Court shall modify the condition.

5. Accordingly, this petition is allowed.
