This Criminal Original Petition is filed to direct the third respondent to take action on the petitioner's complaint dated 06.11.2025.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, would submit that the petitioner's complaint was enquired into and closed as it disclosed only a 'civil dispute'.

3. Recording the above submission, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of with direction to the third respondent to serve the closure report on the petitioner forthwith. The petitioner is at liberty to challenge the closure report in the manner known to law.
