ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition is filed for direction to the respondents 1 and 2, particularly the second respondent to take appropriate legal action on the petitioner's complaint dated 05.11.2025 in accordance with law.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, would submit that pursuant to the complaint lodged by the petitioner, an enquiry is pending to ascertain whether any cognizable offence is made out and that the same would be concluded within a period of two weeks.

3. In view of the above submission, there shall be a direction to the second respondent to complete the above said enquiry and communicate the result of the same to the petitioner within a period of two (2) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
