2. In pursuance of the order of this Court dated 18.11.2025, the petitioner paid a sum of Rs.750/- (Rupees Seven Hundred and Fifty only) to the credit of Anbagam, DRO Colony, Madurai, on 21.11.2025. A cost memo, along with the customer acknowledgment receipt, has been filed to that effect. The said memo is recorded.

3. Since the order of this Court dated 18.11.2025 has been complied with, the Registry is directed to number the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal in C.M.A.(MD)SR No.51250 of 2024, if it is otherwise in order, and list the same under the caption "for admission" on 27.01.2026.
