ORDER

This writ petition has been filed challenging the order passed by the District Registrar, refusing to accept the petitioner's contention that not to register the amended bye-law.

2. The learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner, on instructions, would submit that the bye-law has been approved by the Registrar and hence, the prayer sought in this writ petition has become infructuous.

3. Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, M.P.(MD)No.1 of 2013 is closed.
