Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records relating to the impugned proceedings issued by the 4th Respondent Assistant Elementary Educational Officer in A.Thi.Mu.No.850/A/2012 dated 09.05.2012 quash the same and further direct the 3rd respondent District Elementary Educational Officer to approve forthwith the appointment of T.Sathyavathi as BT Assistant in Maths in the petitioner school w.e.f the date of her appointment on 15.06.2011 with all attendant benefits including the arrears of salary and allowance.

ORDER

(The order of the Court was made by S.MANIKUMAR, J.) Mr.Isaac Mohanlal, learned counsel on record had given a letter, dated 22.04.2015 to the Registry seeking permission of this Court to withdraw the Writ Petition. He has also made an endorsement to that effect. Permission is granted to withdraw the writ petition.

2. In view the letter and endorsement made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, this Writ Petition stands dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are also dismissed.
