3.Mr.A.S.Abul Kalam Azad, learned Government Advocate for the respondent submits that he has no objection for allowing this petition. 4.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition, the delay of 534 days in filing the above Criminal Revision Case is condoned.
