ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition is filed to direct the third respondent not to harass the petitioner on the alleged joint complaint given by the respondents 4 to 8 and not to interfere with the civil dispute on the basis of the representation dated 12.11.2025.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, would submit that on the complaint given by the respondents 4 to 8, enquiry was conducted and the same was closed.
