Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to measure the petitioner's land in old survey No.170/18-D1A, New Survey No.114 of Madakulam Village, Madurai South Taluk, Madurai District, by identifying the four boundaries and to issue the survey sketch, based on the petitioner's application, dated 27.02.2013, within the stipulated period by this Court. ORDER

This writ petition is filed seeking a writ of Mandamus to direct the respondents to measure the petitioner's land comprised in old Survey No.170/18-D1A, New Survey No.114, Madakulam Village, Madurai South Taluk, Madurai District and issue survey sketch, based on his application, dated 27.02.2013, within the stipulated period as fixed by this Court.

2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing appearing for the petitioner seeks liberty to approach the authority concerned afresh.
