This Criminal Original Petition is filed to quash the impugned FIR in Crime No.50 of 2021 on the file of the first respondent Police. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent police would submit that after completion of investigation, the final report has been filed as 'further action dropped'.

3. In view of the aforesaid submission, this Criminal Original Petition is closed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
