ORDER

This writ petition is filed seeking a writ of Mandamus to direct the first respondent to remove the name board erected in Government Primary School, Maharajapuram, as if, the same was donated by an individual and also permit the petitioner to erect a new name board to the school, based on his representation, dated 02.02.2013.

2.Heard both sides.

3.The petitioner made a representation dated 02.02.2013, to the first respondent, seeking to remove the name board erected in Government Primary School, Maharajapuram, as if, the same was donated by an individual and also permit him to erect a new name board to the school.

4.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that it would be suffice, if the representation of the petitioner, dated 02.02.2013, is directed to be disposed of, by the first respondent, as per law.

5.Considering the limited scope of the relief sought for, this Court, without going into the merits of the petitioner's claim, directs the first respondent to consider the representation of the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

petitioner, dated 02.02.2013, and pass appropriate orders, if not disposed of earlier, on its own merit and in accordance with law, after affording due opportunity of hearing to the petitioner as well as any of the interested parties, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
