ORDER

The petitioner seeks a direction to the respondent Nos.1 and 2 to provide adequate Police protection for the life and limb of the petitioner and his family members and conduct enquiry based on the petitioner's representation, dated 07.11.2025.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, would submit that the complaint of the petitioner was enquired into and the same was closed as it discloses only a civil dispute.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is armed with a civil Court Decree passed in O.S.No.271 of 2019 by the judgment, dated 27.02.2025.

4. If it is a case of the petitioner that the respondents are violating the judgment and decree of the civil Court, it is open to the petitioner to seek the execution of the same before the concerned Court. The respondents have no 2/4

jurisdiction to interfere into the civil dispute.

4. With the above liberty, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of. No costs.
