************ [Order of the Court was made by K.K.SASIDHARAN, J.] The petitioner submitted a representation dated 02.01.2013 to the fifth respondent requesting removal of encroachment by the respondents 6 to 24 in respect of river bed in Survey No.190, Ayyaru River, Balakrishnampatti, West Village, Thuraiyur Taluk, Trichy District. The fifth respondent by letter dated 28.02.2013 informed the petitioner that encroachment will be removed after giving alternative site.

2.We direct the first respondent to consider the case of the respondents 6 to 24 for alternative site and thereafter, take up the matter regarding removal of encroachment as indicated in the communication dated 28.02.2013 forwarded by the fifth respondent.

3.The writ petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
