Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the second respondent to consider and pass orders on the written representation made by the petitioner dated 01.04.2013 for taking necessary action to remove the third respondent's name from the voters list for election to the post of Director in the Singathakurichi Primary Agricultural Co-operative Society-EE 460 within the time limit that may be stipulated by this Court.
