O R D E R
(Order of the Court was made by G.K. ILANTHIRAIYAN,J.) This Habeas Corpus Petition has been filed by the mother of the detenue complaining that her daughter aged about 19 years had been missing from 18.10.2025.
2. The matter was referred to Mediation and Conciliation Centre attached to this Bench and at the Mediation, the parties have entered into settlement agreement on 27.11.2025. The parties, counsel and Mediator have signed the agreement. The detenu Ram Priya married one Maran on 24.10.2025 at Thirupandur Kaliamman Temple. The settlement agreement is recorded. In view of the settlement agreement, this Habeas Corpus Petition is disposed of and the settlement agreement shall form part and parcel of the order.
3. It is also made clear that the husband of the detenue namely Maran shall register the marriage with the detenu within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and produce the marriage registration certificate before the second respondent.
