ORDER

The petitioner seeks a direction to the respondents No.1 and 2 to provide necessary Police protection to the petitioner's life and limb on the basis of his representation, dated 12.11.2025.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, would submit that the complaint of the petitioner only discloses a dispute in a business transaction between the petitioner and the respondents 3 and 4.

3. It is needless to say that the respondents 1 and 2 shall not interfere in any civil dispute. However, if the complaint of the petitioner disclosed any cognizable offence, the respondents Police shall take appropriate action within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
