Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus forbearing the respondents, all their subordinates and any other police personnel from interfering with the civil dispute in connection with suit in O.S.No.64 of 2024 on the file of the District Court, Thoothukudi between the petitioner and Prema Veni in any manner whatsoever.

ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed for Mandamus to direct the respondents not to interfere with the civil dispute in connection with the suit in O.S.No.64 of 2024 on the file of the District Court, Thoothukudi, between the petitioner and Prema Veni in any manner whatsoever.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, would submit that on the complaint given by the third respondent, the enquiry was conducted and the same was closed.

3. Recording the aforesaid submission, this Writ Petition stands closed with direction to the second respondent Police to serve the closure report on the petitioner forthwith.
