ORDER
By relying on order dated 12.10.1923 in I.P.No.12 of 1922, the petitioner asserts title to land in S.No.217/6. On the ground that such land has been erroneously classified as Government punja land, after submitting an appeal before the Commissioner of Land Administration, the petitioner seeks early disposal thereof.
2. Learned Additional Government Pleader accepts notice for all the respondents. He submits that the Commissioner of Land Administration would issue orders on merits within four months.
3. Accordingly, without expressing any opinion on the merits, this writ petition is disposed of by directing the first respondent to consider the petitioner's request and pass orders thereon on merits within four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order after providing a reasonable opportunity to the petitioner. No costs.
