Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the Respondents 1 to 3 to register the order passed by this Court made in W.P.(MD)No.15341 of 2025 dated 26.08.2025 and the Revenue Divisional Officer, Sivagangai in Na.Ka.A3/7825/2024 dated 12.05.2025 in the registers maintained by the 3rd Respondent under Section 116(a) of the Tamil Nadu Registration Act and to refrain from registering any documents in respect of the property comprised in Survey No.42/2 to an extent of 4 Acres 50 Cents, situated at Kothankulam North, Thiruppuvanam Taluk, Sivagangai District, by considering the petitioner's representation dated 14.10.2025. ORDER

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, the learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondents 1 to 3. Issuance of notice to the respondents 4 to 7 is dispensed with.

2.The only request made by the writ petitioner is that the petition mentioned writ order (W.P.(MD)No.15341 of 2025) dated 26.08.2025 has to be registered.

3.The learned Additional Government Pleader raised two fold objections. The first objection is that only Civil Court's decree can be registered. The second objection is that there is nothing on record to show that the writ order has become final.

4.The learned counsel for the petitioner states that the order of this Court had not been put to challenge. He would add that when a Civil Court's decree can be registered, there cannot be any objection for registering the order of the Writ Court. I find force in the said contention. 5.The third respondent is directed to register the petition mentioned writ order. The petitioner shall appear before the third respondent and present certified copy of the writ order and the same shall be so registered so that it is reflected in the encumbrance register. 3/6
