Respondents Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a Writ of Declaration, declaring the examination for recruitment to the post of Computer Instructor held on 24.01.2010 conducted by the second respondent as null and void so far as the petitioner (physically handicapped person) concerned, on the ground that (a) without making any provision for relaxation of qualification and marks, as contemplated under G.O.No.151 dated 16.10.2008, which ought to have been followed and issued by the first respondent and (b) without providing for reservation of 3% of seats for Physically Handicapped persons as contemplated under G.O.No.53 dated 11.04.2005 and consequently, direct the respondents 1 and 2 to follow the G.O.No.151, by relaxing the qualifying marks and educational qualification, and also G.O.No.53, by reserving 3% of the total numbor of seats for physically handicapped persons in the event of recruitment of computer instructors henceforth.

ORDER
The learned counsel for the petitioner fairly made a submission that the Government had issued orders in respect of the grievances of the writ petitioner and accordingly, the issues are settled. In this view of the fact, no further adjudication is required in this writ petition.
2.Accordingly, the writ petition stands closed. However, there shall be no order to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
