ORDER

The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the writ petitioner states that during pendency of the writ petition, a revised pension scheme was introduced and accordingly, pensionary benefits due to the writ petitioner had been settled.

2.In this view of the fact, no further adjudication is required and accordingly, the writ petition stands closed. However, there shall be no order as to costs.
