This Criminal Original Petition is filed to quash the impugned FIR registered in Crime No.342 of 2025 dated 19.06.2025 as against the petitioner herein, on the file of the first respondent Police.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the respondent submitted that after completing the enquiry, the Final Report was filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.IV, Madurai, by way of e-filing in No.LTN20220002420C202500453, on 07.10.2025. Hence, nothing survives for further adjudication in this petition.

3. Recording the submission of the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), this Criminal Original Petition is closed. The learned Trial Court is directed to take the Final Report on file forthwith.
