ORDER

By relying on proceedings relating to repurchase of land in S.Nos.45 and 46 at Sooriyur village in a public auction, the petitioner had requested that the petitioner's name be entered in the computerised patta and chitta relating thereto. The present writ petition concerns such request.

2. Learned Special Government Pleader accepts notice for all the respondents. He submits that the 4th respondent would conduct an inquiry and pass orders within three months.

3. Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of by directing the 4th respondent to consider the petitioner's request and pass orders thereon within three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order after providing a reasonable opportunity to the petitioner and any other person concerned. No costs.
