The writ petitions have been filed for writ of mandamus directing the respondents to include the petitioners name in the list of eligible candidates and to conduct proper elections as per law to the Board of https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
Directors in MDA HSG 11 TNSTC Madurai Division Employees and Other Public Service Co-operative Building Society ltd., as scheduled to be held on 27.04.2013 or any other future date.
2.When the matters are taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate on instructions submitted that already election had been conducted as per schedule and writ petitions have become infructuous and nothing survives in these writ petitions. The said submissions are recorded.
3.In view of the said submission, these writ petitions are dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
