ORDER

The above writ petition has been filed for the following relief:- "Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to carry out the correction of name in the Birth Certificate of Petitioner's son born on 17.06.2008 at Nagercoil Nalam Hospital by replacing the old name L.Muth Abijith with the present name Varshan V L., and pass such further or other orders as this Honble Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case and thus render justice"

2. Mr.F.Deepak, learned counsel takes notice on behalf of the respondents.

3. By consent of both the parties, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

4. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, it is informed that the petitioner has sent a representation to the respondents only on 05.11.2025 and without waiting for the reply, the petitioner has rushed to this Court.

5. Therefore, the writ petition stands dismissed. However, it is open to the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 05.11.2025 and pass final orders in accordance with law.

6. With the above observations, the writ petition stands dismissed. No costs.
