ORDER

This writ petition is filed seeking a writ of Mandamus to direct the respondent to grant permission to conduct "Adal Padal Programme" on 12.05.2013 in Arulmighu Sri Mariamman Temple festival at Chinnakalampatti Village, Thiruvengadam Via, Thirunelveli District.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the prayer in the writ petition has become infructuous. 3.In view of the same, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
